No where near as good an editing program as Premiere in my opinion, and have no idea if it handles title rolls but I do know in some areas it's performance is much better than Premiere.

Premiere is a pretty amazing program and can handle almost anything you throw at it, but in order to make it so comprehensive, they may have needed to make some decisions which limit the performance in certain areas.
